Shipping

We currently offer free USPS shipping on all domestic orders. If you choose expedited shipping, we will upgrade the shipment to Priority Mail. If you have special requirements, such as UPS or FedEx, please contact us and we will work something out.

It is our goal to fulfill all orders within 24 hours.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your Taui product. If you're not and you want to return it, then we will refund your purchase price. You don't have to jump through hoops -- just email us at hello@taui.co and we will set up the return.
